Muhammad Rudwan Ihsan Almardini

Muhammad Rudwan Ihsan Almardini is an attorney and legal advisor with over three decades of experience in legal practice and consultancy in Syria. He is a founding partner of Tamkeen Law Firm and a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and commercial entities. His work combines extensive litigation experience with strategic legal consulting across Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Banking, Administrative, Real Estate, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, and Personal Status law.

Muhammad Rudwan Ihsan Almardini was born in Damascus in 1968 and has been a registered attorney with the Damascus Bar Association since 1991. He comes from a distinguished legal family; his father, Attorney Ihsan Almardini, founded a law office in 1951 and served as President of the Damascus Bar Association from 1978 to 1980.

Throughout his career, Muhammad Rudwan Ihsan Almardini has built a strong reputation in litigation and legal consulting, representing clients before civil, commercial, and Sharia courts, as well as the Council of State. He has also mentored and trained a generation of lawyers in his office.
